Subject:  Ad Book/Sponsorship information

Below you will find information on the ad program for this year.  We have simplified the program this year, so hopefully it is a little easier for you and potential sponsors to understand.   The ad program can be very beneficial to you.  It is a great way to help offset your hockey fees.  The first $100 you sell in ads goes to the club, this goes directly towards the cost of ad layouts and printing fees.  After you have met the $100 minimum, there will be a 50/50 split in the ad revenue that you bring in to the club.  50% of the revenue you bring in (after the minimum of $100.00) will count as a credit toward your fees.  This is against fees only.  It does not offset raffle ticket purchases.

The sizes & prices of the ads are clearly stated.  These ad sizes will enable us to have more ads placed in the book at less cost to the club.  A NEW ad that we are offering this year is the Patron Ad for only $25.00.  It is a very inexpensive way for friends and family to support your player.  They will get their name on a list of “Patron Sponsors” that will be included in our ad book.    Sponsors will be listed on our website and the higher levels of sponsorship will also get a link to their website from www.bartletthockey.com which will hopefully provide more traffic on their website/business.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.  ALL ADS AND $ MUST BE IN BY December 15th, so that we can get the books put together and distributed in a timely fashion.  We are shooting for a mid-January 2008 book.  The book will be distributed during the remainder of this season as well as in the spring and early next fall seasons.

Please note that all ads received and paid for prior to September 5th will also be included in our tournament program that will be handed out in September.  There is no additional charge to the sponsor for this added benefit.  This is a great selling point.  Don’t forget to mention it.
