The BHS Hockey Club represents Bartlett High School and the community and is sanctioned by USA Hockey and the Amateur Hockey Association of Illinois (AHAI) and operates under the guidelines set forth by these organizations, as well as the Chicago Metropolitan High School Hockey League, (MetroWest).

As a club sport, the teams do not receive financial assistance from District U 46, Bartlett High School or IHSA or the League. The cost to operate is raised through player fees collected and community fund raising efforts.

To be eligible to play for BHS Hockey, you MUST ATTEND BHS and tryout for the club. Players are selected for either the Varsity or Junior Varsity teams based on ability and team needs. If determined a player does not have the necessary skills or attitude to play of BHS hockey, they will not be selected. Playing for BHS Hockey is a privilege. BHS Hockey is a non for profit organization in the State of Illinois.
