This is the third season we have used an on-line sign up sheet for our tournament. There are many tasks that need to be performed every day and we need the help of all of our players and parents. Our tournament is one of the premiere tournaments in High School hockey and all of us need to work together to make it a success.
Here's how this works:
1. Go to the sign up page below.
2. People who have already signed up will be listed on the schedule. The available time slots will show up as a fill in text box. Disregard the small number besides the text box. They are there just to identify which text box has been filled out.
3. Type in your name in the desired text boxes (remember that we need each family to give 8-10 hours minimum)
4. Include your e-mail address at the bottom of the page and click submit.
5. Here's the tricky part. Once you submit your choices, I will receive an e-mail with the information. Requests will be recorded in the order they are received. I will try to up-date the forms several times a day, but there is a chance your selections may have been taken first. Once I input your information, I will send you an e-mail and let you know if your choices were available or not. You should then check the website to make sure your choices were recorded correctly.
Please bear with me and this system. It seemed to work very well last year and it really makes scheduling easier for our tournament director.
